These carrot cake cookies are one of my favorite cookies, even if they are made with vegetables. Just like my carrot cake cheesecake, I think a lot of my love for them has to do with the cream cheese frosting piled on top!

I've received lots of requests for a raspberry cheesecake after sharing my other berry cheesecake recipes. I'm so excited to be sharing this one with you today! Today's recipe is a bit different from my other berry cheesecakes though; unlike my blueberry cheesecake, using whole raspberries didn’t work so well here. Instead, we'll make a homemade raspberry sauce (similar to my raspberry sauce) for a concentrated bright, tart contrast to the sweet and creamy, dense cheesecake.

I've shared quite a few pound cake recipes here on the blog, but today's cream cheese pound cake might just be my favorite. While it looks modest, it's a nice heavy (but not too heavy!) cake that is anything but plain. The cream cheese adds great depth of flavor and makes the cake so tender.

I shared this alfredo sauce in my fettuccine alfredo post last year, and it was a smash hit.
