I made your chocolate crinkles, thumbprints and these orange cookies this year and this one was the favorite! Despite the fresh oj and zest several people said “òoooh, lemon, yum!” haha

I have a question about cookies. I’ve made several of your cookie dough recipies this week and most of them call for a cup of butter. The sticks of butter I use say that two sticks = a cup. When I measure the butter with a scale the grams of the butter are off by 40-50 grams (depending on the brand of butter I use). I know that weight measurements are more accurate but I just want to confirm that I should go by the weight and not by what the the package of butter says lol!
