I’m so glad everyone enjoys it so much, Terri! You should be able to increase the recipe by just 50% (1.5 times). The only adjustment would be the brownies would just need to bake longer. 🙂

Hi, Sam! If increasing the recipe to a 9×13 pan, do you recommend doubling the recipe or doing 1-1/2 times the recipe? Would any other adjustments to the recipe be necessary? Seriously. We need more than a small pan of these outrageously delicious brownies!

These are just the best Brownies ever. I didn’t even have enough freeze-dried strawberries and the icing was delicious. Now I’m buying more [fresh] strawberries to make some of your other recipes.

Yet another delicious 10 out of 10 dessert! Sure to delight anyone!
I find freeze dried strawberries at Ralph’s (they come in a resealable pouch/bag) in the nuts/candy aisle.
I believe Target carries them as well.
I was about 1/4 cup short of brown sugar so I replaced it with white granulated sugar and they came out excellent!

Your grocery store should carry them, I believe they’re usually in the same aisle as the raisins but your store may vary. I buy them from Target or WalMart often.

Hi Danielle! I typically find freeze dried strawberries in any grocery store. I feel like they are normally by the fruit snacks, but that can vary from store to store. I have not tried the brownies with almond flour so I can’t say for sure how it would go. If you do try it I would love to know how it turns out. 🙂

These Strawberry Brownies look so fresh yet rich! Where do you buy freeze dried strawberries? Have you tried brownies with almond flour instead of regular flour to make them gluten free? Just looking for that tip as someone in our office has celiac disease.
